I just got this remote, and boy I can honestly say it is the best remote I have ever owned, not to mention the best gadget I have bought in a few years. It has consolidated 2-3 remotes into 1, FINALLY. The last “universal” remote I had was great, but it didn’t have 2 of my devices in it, so I still had a couple of remotes I had to switch between. The Harmony has everything, even CEILING FANS!!! hahahaha
